WebMay 16, 2024 · I don't think it is possible to get a bitlocker recovery key for the personal vault. That's why I don't use the personal vault. If you can't get online to open the vault or you are locked out of your OneDrive account you are out of luck. I don't believe the vault can be opened offline. Let me know if that is possible.
