They apparently forgot to give it that purpose in CSGO, having the silencer off just makes the gun more inaccurate with no buff whatsoever.
Webby double clicking the right mouse button, its sorta like a safety confirmation. that way it will minimize the accidental unscrew option and people who play without the silencer (God knows why) still have the option to do so or we can attach the silencer back if we pick up an unsilenced usp/m4.
