WebThere’s a Hand and Stone by me, and I had an interview. They seemed from what I saw pretty busy. The pay is better and they give you a 90 day period where they’ll compensate you hourly if you don’t make much commission. They have health insurance, a decent product line, and they interviewed me for the “head” esthetician position. WebPay is "decent" for starting, but you can probably make a lot more working for yourself or spa. (Granted, first year investment may put you in the red.) Because it is a franchise, every experience is different with management. Mine wasn't so great, but someone else can say it was the best job they had. Ultimately it's the people you work with.
