WebI'm flying a Thorax currently with 5 250mm railguns, mainly for lvl 1 and lvl 2 security missions. ... Thing is that you don't fit PvP stuff for PvE and vice versa also duals have a terrible tracking if you must use T1 then use scouts but preferably T2 though lvl 1 and 2 shouldn't bring that much of a problem with any set up.

A slight investment towards meta 2 or 3 can make quit a difference aswel in performance as sometimes also in fitting requirements.
